Do you have the speaker to go with it?
If you do, mount that as close to the grill as possible.
The unit should mount inside the vehicle.

Gall's has some good stuff if you need extra parts.

That's fucking awesome. It wasn't long ago that I was thinking how much fun it would be to have a giant air horn to scare people with.

We were scaring people with a little fog horn in Ocean City and had a major fail moment. We stopped next to some girls and asked them for directions so we could get them to come closer to the car. Then my brother attempts to blast them in the face but the horn only squeaked and then the top fell off outside the car window.

^LoL... I bet you laughed harder than if it went as planned.

If I had an air horn, I'd mount it under the passenger's seat. Just for ha-has.
Some truckers mount an air horn right behind the cab at about passenger car window height. Makes for satisfying passing zones and interesting bus stop drive-bys.

Oowwww.

Yea, it's pretty funny until you get some arrogant prick drunk and he does this shit at 2AM.

But I guess that's why you're "hoha"

I learned one thing from Eddie Murphy, that bananas make excellent corks.
