The green harbor bridge image is impressive but more suitable for the cover of The War Of The Worlds DVD. The second is simple but great use of the people’s point of focus. And the last, simple again but, I guess unintentionally, humorous with the cows.  |

Toasty, that would be awesome. Rednecks and SciFi geeks alike would be going nuts. Colin, what program you using> How did you get the reflection? There's something that I can't put my finger on. Might be the top reflection. I think it should be different. Still phenomenal. PeteyMax, your image looks decent, but I think you need to work on your blur technique and the smoke. It looks smudged. I think I will take a poll in about 18 to 24 hours. As for the multiple image 'contest', it'll be later this week. |

I was driving around today and decided to take a few base photos in series, panning across the sky. I saw an airplane and decided to use that as a reference point so that the timestamps in the metadata would match the crafts motion, and at the same time would give me a scale reference. I think it turned out pretty damn good. I'll post them in 640X480 with links to the original size images, so you can see the idea without having to download all the large images. Only thing I have to fix is the 'software' area of the metadata. It shows that GIMP was used.  BRB. Uploading. |

Under what circumstances does a question pertaining to my being an alien become serious? There is a difficulty with my ability to not ‘get all weird on you’ as I am usually classified as being on the unusual end of the normality spectrum. An unusually high level of apathy provides me the optimum ability to never take offense or really care of other opinions. The answer, without being any more weird than usual and without hint of retaliation due to offense, is no; probably not alien. However, this is a self judgmental analysis based upon assumptions lacking any formal criteria. What has led to you to consider I may be alien in any context? |
