Moderator System Change. The new system allows more flexible banning periods (1 day through 90 days), allows the member to see what post they were banned from (so when banning, please click the "BAN" link from the offending post, when possible), and also allows you to add a reason. All of this information will be sent to the member and to me for tracking purposes. Below this line, you will see what is sent to a member when they are banned. ⇒ Changed the page count area from the old type [0-20] to a page number designation. The system still processes it by post range, however. I left the bottom to the old system for members to provide feed back on which method they prefer...and if neither is chosen, the new one will take over. |

Mail Change - When there is unread mail, the message/header line is highlighted. - When there is one new message, system says "message" instead of "messages". As requested by a few members to improve visibility of new messages. |

^Thanks for the feedback. The APO thing is basically a database-safe way of putting apostrophes into them. Usually apostrophes tell a database when a field ends/starts...For that reason I had to make it convert them, and I figured how many people are going to type exclamation mark APO exclamation mark. The page numbers do need to go up a few sizes, and I'll change that when I make it applied to the bottom as well. |
