A few things that have been brought up to me recently: - A certain type of PNG file cannot be uploaded. I am currently working to figure out more about this MIME type. I suspect it has to do with a Windows Vista/IE8 Error. Internet Explorer tends to add stupid MIME types to their images (instead of image/jpeg, IE calls it image/pjpeg, which screwed me up for a long time). - Odd characters in YouTube video URLs will not allow you to add a video. Thank you DeadLazyBum for reporting this. Apparently, YouTube is now adding dashes (and possibly other characters) to their video IDs. Because YouN00b currently filters out anything but letters and numbers, these videos cannot currently be uploaded. I will address this situation once I find out more information on the characters that YouTube is using for their IDs. It is small bugs that I would like to take on next. It is of great interest that I get these little issues patched up so that I don't have a ton of great code, with a ton of little problems. Once I feel that they have been fixed to a certain extent, I will begin working on the revamp of the forum system. -Toasty |
