| TotalKontrol Removed Account | Grammy award winning singer Amy Winehouse was arrested on suspicion of assault for allegedly headbutting a man in London yesterday (April 24). According to TMZ, the British singer is being held at the Holborn Police station for allegedly headbutting a 38 year-old man who attempted to hail Winehouse a cab outside of a bar. The embattled star faces up to six months in prison, which is the maximum sentenced for a common assault in Britain. The beehived Brit's arrest comes on the heels of several run ins' with the law. Last month, Winehouse was cleared of charges for perverting the course of justice in her husband's, Blake Fielder-Civil's, assault case. And last October, the 24 year-old was jailed overnight in Norway for possession of marijuana.
