But here is the song that started it (It's a great song): Eminem said in an interview that he made that song to wish them the best, because that was at the time when Nick Cannon and Mariah were getting married. What really fascinates me about 2 rappers going against each other, is that they spend time, thinking and writing their rhymes on paper about each other. But come on, Nick Cannon thinking he can top Eminem? Fucking idiot. |

He actually writes some pretty intelligent things sometimes. It takes a lot of work to write a story and then make it fit a beat, or vice versa. He's definitely the best rapper there ever was and still is. First, his lyrics are always good, even if he raps about stupid shit. Almost all of his rhymes are multies. Never a basic A - B, A-B lines. His vocab is insane. And on "Recovery" he shows that he has really sick word play, punchlines, and metaphors/similes, example: Quote: "I set the world on fire piss on it put it out stick my dick in a circle, but I'm not fuckin' around."Even though it's on a funny song it still makes you think about it. I didn't get it at first. Which reminds me, everyone check this song out for an amazing lyrical song by Eminem that a lot of people haven't heard, "Infinite" is such a sick song, lyrically, and his flow is amazing too. This was before he had the style that got him popular. He tried to do this album like that, because Nas was big at the time so he tried to do it to get noticed. But lyrically it's one of the best songs. Also, the best thing about Eminem is his flow. On EVERY one of his songs he rhymes on beat PERFECTLY. It's fucking crazy, youtube any song, he will flow perfectly to it. He also writes his lyrics after the production, so he has to write lyrics to each beat, and he manages to stay lyrical. In short, Eminem is the Greatest Of All Time. EDIT:I had to post this one for an example of flowing to a beat. He does it perfectly in this song.
