I gave my friend (T) a twenty to buy some pot with, he was going to buy a ten sack as well. I was going to sell ten to a kid (TR) who wanted to try it for the first time, but I let T hold the stuff for me. So, he had $30 worth of weed on him. At lunch, no one could find T. Since he had the weed, and TR and this other kid D was there, I was getting inpatient. I kept calling him, when I finally met up with this other kid, A. A led us to the exit doors in the school's 700 building, where we saw T and some other kid walking to us, about 150 feet away. A stuck his head out the door, yelling for them to run, for there seemed to be 2 very fat security guards driving torwards them on a golf cart. We were close enough to see them get caught, just 20 feet away from the door. A casually backed away, into the stairwell, along with me and T. We ran as fast as we could up the stairs, then across the building, downstairs, and out. We layed low for a while, for both the security guards had seen all of us yelling at T to run into the door. I met up with a few people, including C, who told me that there were two cop cars that came shortly after lunch. T came over to my house today, where I found out that they had found the pot, called the cops, who had put him in jail for a day, before his dad bailed him out. He is suspended for 10 days, and has a court date in two weeks. He may get sentenced for intent to sell, since he had 3 ten sacks, individually bagged, even though I'm the one he was holding most of it for, and I was the one that was planning on selling. Since he is a repeat offender, he will either get community service and probation for a hell of a long time, or be sent to juvenile prison for about 2 weeks. His record is shot, he cant ever get a good job, and he probably wont make it into college, for he committed a felony. He claims that he is now quitting marijuana all together. Oh, plus my dealer got busted too. So, I'm bummed out now. I guess this is just a sign to switch over from weed to alcohol. |

I'm also glad that in my state if I needed weed for pain I could just get a license and go purchase it from the 1,000 marijuana stores that have popped up here in the past 6 months. |

We have the "make my day" law which allows us to defend our homes from intruders. We also can get concealed carry permits and certain cities allow open carry (although it is odd to actually see that). Unfortunately, we have shithole Colorado Springs and their religious cults buying senators so they can poop neanderthal legislation through our congress. We also have a dipshit governor who helped pass an internet tax into legislation. Internet stores won't actually collect the state sales tax, they'll just send a notice to the state and we have to remit the full balance at the end of the year. Clever, ain't it? Total waste of money.It mellows me out and basically cured my migraines. I used to be in the ER like once a month for migraines that gave me the worst pain of my life when I moved. I have a very serious headache/migraine problem. Except for this week (cause I missed tons of sleep) I haven't had a headache for a longggg time. And before they were almost a once a day thing. |
