Specifically the downloading time and some of the files were fucked up. Like for instance, I downloaded the movie 300 off of mininova I think it was and used the uTorrent client but there were like 200 files and none of them could be compressed and/or watched via a video watching program, namely DivX. It was just a huge mess so now instead of downloading movies and TV Shows, I just watch them for free on free movie sites... But when I was using torrents, I managed to download the first 3 seasons of The Office (US) and the whole show of Bam's Unholy Union.  |

Not funny, and painful to watch. Don't get it. Zombieland: Some good jokes strewn throughout, but it's not that great or worth rewatching. |

I never saw the point to torrents either. One of my friends from school always shits on me about not using them, but I just don't see the point. I can download shit directly from Megaupload or Mediafire links on my fast connection and have it instantly rather than have to wait an agonizingly long time to download something that plenty of other people are trying to get since I only really download music. I work at a movie theater, so I don't need to torrent movies, and I don't play games that often or if I do, I'd rather have the actual hardware and software and not some cheap emulation, in my opinion. That, and if I did want these things, I have plenty of other sites I could go to and just download from a link, instead of installing the software and such. I guess I just feel like torrents are just a slightly more evolved form of P2P File-Sharing which I also hated. Also, the soundtrack to that movie is God-Tier, and was probably the best of any movies I saw last year. As for Zombieland I loved it, except for now everyone is always like, "OH MY GOD, THAT KID IS FUCKING DOOPLISS!", and not just that, but I've legitimately had random strangers on the light-rail to school, my mom's co-workers, and teachers at school tell me I look like him as well. Shit sucks. |
