SUCK IT!!!!!

Check out this dope ass lineup, and they are adding more artists daily up until the festival starts in June.

Bonnaroo is held every year in Tennessee roughly 25 minutes from where i live.

Chck out the lineup so far:

I've seen
John Fogerty
Rise Against
Against Me!
John Prine
Dropkick Murphys
Gwar.

out of those bands.
But seriously, that's a fucking sweet Lineup. LCD Soundsysstem would be so sweet to see.

Off Topic, but I saw SNFU and Flogging molly not long ago, was real sweet.

Not a big fan of most of the bands on the line-up, but it seems like a pretty awesome festival to go to. Although I would like to see Against Me!, Kid Cudi, and a few others. Unfortunately I live in Pennsylvania.

The Flaming Lips
Dropkick Murphys
Against Me!
The Gaslight Anthem
The Temper Trap

Are all good, I wouldn't pay out of the ass to see them at Bonnaroo though. Plus, you have to deal with the bros there to see Dave Matthews and Blues Traveler. I'm waiting for a lineup for The Fest.

Afterthought: I've seen Against Me! before, good show.

I've also seen Flogging Molly, in regards to Indy's post. They were great, but the venue sucked ass.

Well for those of you complaining about where you live... it's no excuse. I meet people from all over Europe, Canada, Jamaica, and Australia every year. Hell there's people from everywhere.

It's like a Modern day woodstock

Coachella 2010 > Bonnaroo 2010. I won't be going to either though. I'm saving my money for Soundset.

Lol that's funny....

Seeing as how, Bonnaroo is already set to have a lot of the same people as coachella, also seeing that Bonnaroo has had most of those bands in years past.

Also Bonnaroo just started getting confirmed artists on Tuesday.

We had Metallica last year and Pearl Jam. One year we had Ziggy Marley, Tiesto, The white stripes, Willie Nelson.

And the Set list isn't close to being full yet for this year.

Not arguing... Just saying. Also I think both festivals would be awesome. They are like a month apart. So go to both?

Lol

Really? I only see a handful of artists that are playing both, though you're right. Most bigger artists do. There's just a lot more bands that are playing Coachella I'd like to see. Either way, with school, I can't swing flying out to California for it, although I'd love to.

That's why I'm waiting on the Soundset 2010 Line-Up just because it's right here in my state, and they get progressively better every year (something that not often happens with festivals).

Roo is getting better and more variety each year. I'm not meaning to hype it up a lot. It's just the biggest thing that happens around here. The only entertainment we have here is Bowling and a movie theatre.

They usually manage to grab every artist that is on tour at the time. Like Tiesto, Metallica, and now Bassnectar.

Someone always dies at Roo though, be it from drugs heatstroke, or in one example:

Quote:
A man was killed when he was hit by a tour bus carrying bluegrass artist Ricky Skaggs after a performance at the Bonnaroo music festival has been identified.

The one who died was some 20-odd year old Ohio fella

Except it costs like $200 a ticket.

True... I got mine for $210, they only go up as Roo gets closer.

$200?! This festival better be for the weekend, especially with such a mediocre line-up like that.
