The idea is to make a system that (for the most part) maintains itself. Toasty shouldn't have HAD to go through all the submissions. The more people that give an honest vote, the more accurate the rating will be. Poorly rated submissions should be auto pruned IMO. One of the things that should come into play during rating is watermarks and repeat submissions. If you see a watermark, you should suggest to the poster that they should delete it, get rid of the watermark and resubmit. |
