When I get home, my dad is rushing to the emergency room, I guess someone rear-ended my brothers friend's car when he was in it. Some girl is currently dying, and the doctors don't know if she is going to make it. I'm just glad my brother didn't get seriously injured. |

ecko Member 'MMA Expert' Level 27 Posts: 1,782 Submissions: 66 | Alright, well my brother and his friend were driving, there car stopped working so they used there emergency lights (freeway), so they pull over. A car behind them is speeding at over 100mph, there was 3 people in that car. That rear ended my brothers car and the girl had to go to the hospital cause the glass broke and cut her throat and she couldn't breath. One guy's leg was snapped in half and his foot was touching his knee. The driver only had a broken arm. My brother had his eyebrow pierced, he had to take it out cause when his head hit the dashboard it hit the piercing and now his eyebrow is like the size of a golfball. So yeah. |

The settlement is estimated between $25,00 - $50,000. If they don't get a cash settlement, the lawyer said they will atleast have to pay for the chiropracter, hospital visits, his vicoden prescription. Even though we have insurance they will still have to pay. |
