| Kennected Removed Account | Not bad. I usually don't care too much for 'rap' music in general, but I thought I'd give this a listen..just to see what he sounded like. It wasn't too bad at all. I getta kick outta how fast some of these 'rappers' talk...sing...speak their lyrics...lol..reminds me of tongue-twisters back from school days. I listened to his ' Don't Panic-I'm Islamic' track. I got a kick out of the 'cougar' or mountain-lion sounds in the background. I had the speakers here turned way up while listening (due to the fact that the audio from that link seemed to be somewhat muffled)..but I had cranked the volume way up so I could hear it better..and each time in the song when the cougar sound would be heard..both of my stupid cats here froze, staring at the speakers ! lol |

I didn't mention that before, as I didn't wanna seem too critical of the fella, but yea.. the music there IS sorta stepping on his vocals. I thought maybe it was just my old ears.(perhaps a better studio set-up would probably fix a lot of that though too..think spaghettifier mentioned this dude's throwing down these jams in someone's basement or something..) |
