Here is how to make an inexpensive BB Gun out of cheap household supplies.
What You Will Need:
-Empty Toilet Paper Roll
-Balloon
-Scissors
-Duct Tape (optional)

First, you get your balloon and scissors out and you cut along the bridge of the balloon like this:

Then, after you cut it, it should look like this:

Then whip out the TP Roll. Fit the balloon over either end of the roll. Like so:
